Kapil JunejaCo-Founder and CEO Kapil Juneja is a serial entrepreneur with over 10 years experience in online sales and marketing. Kapil is a co-founder, investor and CEO of Amplio, a technology solution that generates new business for insurance agents and brokers using social networks, online local directories, personalized websites and mobile marketing tools to capture new clients. At the age of 22, Kapil co-founded Pioneer TeleCare, a Los Angeles-based e-commerce company distributing various consumer goods through a network of 26 company-owned websites. The company’s annual revenues reached $2.5 million within three years and it was acquired by an industry player. |

Kapil also co-founded Walla Media, a full-service digital marketing agency delivering performance-based affiliate marketing solutions to Fortune 500 companies in the home services, education and insurance sectors. His companies have a current staff of 280 between the Los Angeles and India offices generating revenues of $18 million in 2010. Kapil is a member of the Executive Committee of The IndUS Entrepreneurs (TiE) Southern California Chapter and is the co-founder and Vice Chairman of the Young Professionals Global Network (YPGN), a non-profit mentoring organization with over 2,000 members in 70 countries. Kapil holds degrees in Computer Science and Business Administration from Pepperdine University (Malibu, California). While a student, Kapil was a research analyst at The Interlink Group, a Los Angeles-based investment and merchant banking firm, which specialized in infrastructure projects in India. Kapil was profiled in Wall Street Journal, Inc. Daniel BouganimCTO Daniel is an experienced entrepreneur and an innovative technologist with more than 17 years in applying web-based solutions to early technology startups and successfully exiting for both the management team and its investors. At Amplio, Daniel responsibilities includes strategic technical analysis, architecture design, planning and product development as well as managing the development team to achieve targeted results within a predefined timeframe and budget. Prior to joining Amplio, Daniel was the co-founder and CEO of PeleTel, an innovative VoIP 2.0 telephony solution, distributing DIDs to local expatriates communities in the USA and Europe. Daniel was instrumental in signing deals with Bezeq (Israel's largest telco), China Telecom and with Iran's state-owned telephone monopoly. |

From 2004 to 2006, Daniel was the co-founder and CTO of Academy123, a technology startup that built educational software for middle and high school students for which he raised $5 million from several VC investors and sold it in the first year of operations to Discovery Channel in 2006. From 2000 to 2003, Daniel was the Director of Engineering at RiverOne, a supply chain trading platform for the electronics industry where he launched three tactical and strategic electronic component trading products. From 1996 to 1999, Daniel was the co-founder and Director of Engineering at Virtual Class, a computer-based training software consulting firm, which he built to 50 employees and sold to RiverOne. Prior to his first startup, Daniel was a Lead Engineer in the Quantitative Group at Countrywide Financial, from 1990 to 1996. |
